05 - Starting from a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.

07 - Brush the cut sides of each roll with beaten egg to help seal.
08 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
09 - Place pizza rolls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if necessary.
10 - Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
11 - Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
12 - Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They're ready in 30 minutes flat, which means you can satisfy a snack craving before it even fully forms.
  • The air fryer does the heavy lifting, so you get restaurant-quality crispiness without deep frying at home.
  • Customize the filling however you want, which means even picky eaters can make their own version.
02 -
  • If you skip the egg wash, the rolls will still cook, but they'll look pale and sad compared to their golden potential.
  • Flipping halfway matters because the bottom side needs time to crisp up just like the top, even in an air fryer.
03 -
  • If your air fryer basket is small, don't overcrowd it; cook in batches so air can circulate properly and give you maximum crispiness.
  • A light mist of cooking spray on the rolls themselves before cooking adds an extra layer of golden crispiness that tastes like you tried harder than you actually did.
