01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir well for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Distribute the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but not firm.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin to create a snow effect. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully firm.
07 - Top each gelatin cup with whipped cream and decorate with additional gummy candies as desired just before serving.
